Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk (395g)
- 1 can of cream (300g)
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Grated zest of a lemon (optional, for decoration)
- Mint leaves (optional, for decoration)
Preparation:
- In a blender, combine condensed milk, sour cream, and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, and a clean, beat the egg whites until they form peaks in the soft.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until the egg whites are firm, and they form stiff peaks.
- Using a spatula, incorporate it in gently with the egg whites to the mixture of the butter. Do this carefully so as not to miss the light weight of the light. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into bowls or refractory large.
- Put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or until the mousse is firm.
- Just before serving, garnish with slices of lemon and mint leaves, if desired.
- Serve it chilled and enjoy!
