The carrot cake has become a traditional recipe, and is very popular especially for those of you who love chocolate, but they also don't give up that little taste of the cookie sheets. Ingredients

For the Cake:

  • 3 carrots, medium-sized (peeled and grated)
  • 1 cup (tea) of vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup (tea) of sugar
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon (soup) baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the Chocolate frosting:

  • 200 g of chocolate in the middle and bitter
  • 1 box of cream (200 g)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

Prepare the Cake:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to to 356 °F. Grease and flour a way that average about 22 cm in diameter), or line it with baking paper.

Prepare the Chocolate coating:

  1. In a small sauce pan, melted chocolate, half-bitter, over low heat, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
  2. Add the heavy cream for milk and for the butter to the melted chocolate, mixing well until you get a creamy, smooth, and shiny.
  3. Allow the cover to cool down for a few minutes before spreading on the cake.
  4. Cover the cake with the chocolate frosting, using a spatula to spread it evenly.
  5. Decorate to your taste and let's coverage firm before slicing and serving.
