Ingredients
- 1 can of sweet corn (or 2 cups of fresh corn)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar

- 1 cup grated cheese (optional, but recommended for a special touch)
Preparation:
- Prepare the oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a 20 cm pan with butter and sprinkle with wheat flour.
- Beat the ingredients: In a blender, place the corn, oil, milk, eggs and sugar. Blend until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
