Ingredients
- 500g ground beef (rump, chuck or your preference)
- 1 small onion, chopped

- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, and chives.

- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Cook the Dumplings:
- Place the dumplings in the air fryer basket, arranging them in a single layer. If necessary, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding the basket.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the dumplings to help make them crispier.
- Cook at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, turning the dumplings halfway through to ensure they brown and crisp evenly.
- Finish and serve:
- Remove the dumplings from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. They are great on their own or with a dipping sauce like ketchup, mayonnaise or barbecue sauce.
