Ingredients
- 1 scoop (30g) of chocolate or vanilla whey protein
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 100% (unsweetened)
- 2 tablespoons skimmed milk powder (optional for creaminess)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (or ghee butter)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of milk (can be vegetable)
- Sweetener to taste (stevia, erythritol, xylitol etc.)
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the whey, cocoa, milk powder and sweetener.
- Gradually add the milk until it forms a paste-like dough.
- Mix in the coconut oil and stir well.
- Microwave for 30 seconds (optional, just to give it a creamier texture) or stir vigorously until everything is incorporated.
- To roll upPlace in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes until firm. Then roll in cocoa powder, grated coconut or crushed nuts.
- To eat with a spoonconsume immediately or refrigerate for a few minutes to thicken.
