If you want to make a quick homemade pizza, without having to knead the dough or wait for it to rise, this recipe blender pizza dough It's perfect. With just a few ingredients and a super easy way to prepare it, you'll have a delicious base for your pizza in minutes!

Blender pizza dough is a practical and economical option for lazy days or for a special night at home. In just a few minutes, you have a versatile base that goes well with any topping. Experiment and let your creativity run wild with the flavors!

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon (tea) of salt
  • 1 cup (tea) of milk
  • 1 spoon (tea) of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 dessert spoon of baking powder (chemical yeast)

Directions:

  1. Beat the ingredients
    In a blender, add the milk, egg, salt, sugar and butter (or oil). Blend for a few seconds until well mixed.
  2. Add the flour and yeast
    With the blender still running, gradually add the flour. Finally, add the yeast and beat quickly just to incorporate.
  3. Bake the dough
    Pour the dough into a greased and floured pizza pan. Spread it evenly with a spatula. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes, just to pre-bake.
  4. Build your pizza
    Remove the dough from the oven and add the tomato sauce and toppings of your choice (cheese, ham, pepperoni, vegetables, etc.).
  5. Finishing in the oven
    Place back in the oven for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the edges are lightly browned.

Extra tips:

  • If you want a lighter dough, replace part of the wheat flour with whole wheat flour.
  • To flavor the pasta, add oregano, garlic powder or dried herbs to the mixture.
  • This dough also works well in small molds, to make mini pizzas.
