Strawberry Mousse

A mousse de morango é uma sobremesa leve, fresca e cheia de sabor, ideal para os dias quentes ou para qualquer ocasião especial. Com uma combinação de morangos frescos e um toque de cremosidade, essa mousse vai conquistar todos à mesa. Vamos aprender a prepará-la!

Ingredients

  • 300 g de morangos frescos (mais alguns para decorar)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 lata de creme de leite (sem soro)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 envelope de gelatina em pó sem sabor (12 g)
  • 3 claras em neve
  • Suco de 1 limão (opcional)

Preparation:

  1. Preparar os Morangos:
    • Wash the strawberries well and reserve some for decoration. In a blender, blend the strawberries with the sugar until pureed. If desired, add lemon juice to enhance the flavor.
  2. Hidratar a Gelatina:
    • Dissolve the gelatine in 1/4 cup of cold water and then heat in a bain-marie or microwave for a few seconds until completely dissolved.
  3. Misturar os Ingredientes:
    • In a bowl, mix the strawberry puree with the cream. Then add the dissolved gelatine, stirring well to incorporate all the ingredients.
  4. Bater as Claras:
    • In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff. Gently incorporate the egg whites into the strawberry mixture, making gentle movements from bottom to top to keep the mousse light.
  5. Refrigerar:
    • Distribute the mousse into individual bowls or a large container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  6. To serve:
    • Garnish with fresh strawberries on top before serving. You can also add mint leaves for a special touch.

Tips

  • Para um sabor ainda mais intenso, você pode adicionar um pouco de essência de baunilha à mistura.
  • Se preferir, você pode fazer uma camada de gelatina de morango por cima da mousse, deixando-a ainda mais bonita.
