Ingredients
For the Cake:
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup (tea) of butter (at room temperature)
- 1 cup (tea) of milk
- 1 cup (tea) of powdered milk
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon (soup) baking powder
- 1 spoon (tea) of vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 pinch of salt
The Cover of the Milk of the Nest:
- 1 cup (tea) of powdered milk
- 1/2 cup (tea) of butter
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar to the icing
- 3-4 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
Prepare the Cake:
- Pre-heat the oven to to 356 °F. Butter and flour in a shape of 22 cm in diameter, or line it with baking paper.
- In a stand mixerbeat the butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add the vanilla extract (if you're using it), and continue beating.
- Sift together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt to taste. Add to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, and the milk of the Nest. Start and end with the flour. Mix until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into in the prepared pan and smooth the surface with a palette knife.
- Bake them in the oven and bake in the oven for about 30 to 35 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
- Pull it out of the oven and let it stand in the way for about 10 minutes. Then unmold and cool completely on wire racks.

- In a medium mixing bowlbeat the butter until creamy.
- Add the milk to the Nest and the icing sugar, beating until the mixture is well incorporated and smooth.
- Add the milk, gradually, beating until you get the consistency you want. The cover should be thick enough to spread, but it is still easy to use.
