  • Fried Bacon (optional)

Instructions

Ready for the Season,

  1. In a large mixing bowlplace the ground beef, and add the salt, black pepper, garlic cloves, onion powder, and soy sauce, and if you're not using it. If you want the texture is more firm then add the egg.
  2. Stir gently with your hands or a spoon, thus avoiding mixing of the other in order not to make the meat last.
  3. Break up the meat 4 equal pieces (or larger if you prefer burgers and minor), and the model in the form of discs, with about 1.5 cm thick. Make a small hollow in the centre of each disc with your thumb. This will help to ensure that the burger inflate in the middle of cooking.
  4. Pre-heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and spread out to cover the surface.
