The chocolate cream it is a variation of the delicious, the sweet, in the form of a pie. It's a dessert that's rich and creamy-perfect for a party or as a special treat. This is another dessert that keep appearing in family gatherings and parties for holidays. But also, who doesn't love a sweet isn't it? Even in the version of the maxi, it becomes irresistible!! Learn an easy and tasty recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1 can (395g) condensed milk
  • 1 can of cream (300g)
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate and a half bittersweet (chopped, or in liquid form)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
  • Butter or margarine (to grease the pan)
  • Chocolate sprinkles (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)
  • The strawberries, or fresh fruit of your choice (optional)

Preparation:

  • Grease a pan of bread pudding (with a hole in the middle) and butter. To make it easier to remove the chocolate creamy after you have baked, you can add a little bit of sugar in the form after the unit.
  • In a blender, place the condensed milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, eggs, and butter.
  • Whisk until the mixture has to be well is a winner!
  • Add the chocolate to half-bitter, finely chopped, and mix again and again, just to distribute the chocolate (don't knock, not to destroy it completely).
  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking sheet.
  • Place on a baking sheet increased, and then add the hot water into the roasting pan, creating a water bath to bake the brigadeirão.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350°F and bake in the oven for about 50 to 60 minutes, or until the brigadeirão to be firm to the touch and a skewer comes out clean when inserted in center.
  • After baking, please remove the chocolate from the oven and allow to cool completely in the way.
  • Leave in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until it is well seated.
  • For a unmold, pass a knife around to loosen the edges and turn gently on a plate.
  • Decorate with chocolate, sprinkles, chocolate shavings or fresh fruit, if desired.
  • Serve it chilled and enjoy!
