Ingredients
- 200 g of chocolate in the middle bittersweet (chopped)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 can of cream (300g)
- 1 can of condensed milk (395g)
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch (corn starch)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 pack of biscuit, champagne or cookie of your choice
- Milk, coffee and liquor (to dampen the biscuits)
- The shavings of a chocolate chip or chocolate sprinkles (optional)
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, place the chocolate, finely chopped, sour cream, and condensed milk.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely melted and the cream is to be consistent.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
- Add the egg mixture to the cream and chocolate, and cook for a few more minutes, stirring constantly, until the custard thickens up a bit. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
- In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, condensed milk, and corn starch.
- Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens and begins to loosen up from the bottom of the pan.
- Add the vanilla extract, if using, and stir to combine. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
- In an ovenproof dish or a dish, make a layer of the biscuit moistened in milk, coffee or liqueur.
- About these cookies, put a layer of the cream to the chocolate.
- Then make a second layer of crackers, they are wet.
- Add a layer of white on top of it.
- Repeat the layers, ending with the cream and white.
- Decorate your parfait with chocolate shavings or chocolate sprinkles.
- Leave in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until the parfait is strong, and the flavors are well blended.
