Ingredients
- 300 g fresh strawberries (washed and chopped)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup of fresh cream
- 1 can of condensed milk (395g)
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch (corn starch)
- 1 cup milk (240ml)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 can of cream (300g)
- 1 can of condensed milk (395g)

- 1 package of crackers, corn starch, or cookie and glass of champagne
- 1 cup milk (to moisten the biscuits)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional, for sweetness, the milk,

- Chocolate shavings or grated coconut To Decorate (optional)
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, mix together the strawberries, diced, and added sugar. Cook over medium-high heat until the strawberries release their juices and the mixture begins to thicken, about 10 minutes. Let it cool down for a bit.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the fresh cream until peaks, gentle.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, cornstarch, and milk. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Add to the mix the strawberries in the cream and the condensed milk and mix well. Make the cream and milk shake. If you want to, then add in the vanilla extract.
- In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, condensed milk, and corn starch.
- Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens and begins to loosen up from the bottom of the pan.
- If you want to, then add in the vanilla extract and stir to combine. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the milk and sugar (if using) until the sugar is dissolved.
- In an ovenproof dish or a dish, make a layer of crackers, corn starch, or cookie and glass of champagne has been moistened in milk (don't leave the cookies in the sauce, just use it quickly.
- Cover with a layer of cream and strawberry jam.
- Make a layer of the biscuit moistened.
- Add a layer of white cream.
- Repeat the layers, ending with the cream and white.
- Decorate your parfait with fresh strawberries, slices and, if desired, with grated chocolate or dried coconut.
- Leave in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until the parfait is strong, and the flavors are well blended.
- Serve it chilled and enjoy!
